Using the data of Crustal Movement Network of China (CMONOC), the author researched the characteristics of lithosphere's movement and deformation. According to the conception and the description method of nonlinearity, pointed out the theoretic foundation of the non-linear method used for earth's curst movement and deformation. Taken the Kun-lun mountain earthquake for example to research the nonlinear characteristics of movement,baseline and emergency, and discussed the sensitivity of the baseline's direction and length's difference. At last it showed the signification that non-linearity method using for earthquake prophesy. The main conclusions is :①using the numeric dimension we could give a quantificational descript the non-linear degree.②pointed out the sensitivity of baseline's different direction.③the movement's nonlinear character is expressed by the coordination of x, y and z.④GPS baseline contained the length and direction ,the baseline's nonlinear could be understood the length's nonlinear character and the direction's nonlinear character.⑤using the GPS coordination calculated the main emergency and its direction could reflect the mechanics state furthermore.⑥the longer window length was selected ,the stability of the numeric dimension is better; the lower step length was selected, the numeric dimension is nearer the real physical changes.
