This research focuses on identifying successful social media marketing techniques that companies can consider in order to increase their profits. It includes analysis of 6 social media campaigns, 3 that failed and 3 that were successful.;The ideas and conclusions presented in this paper were applied in additional production project. I developed a social media marketing campaign prototype as part of a business plan for an online luxury handmade arts and craft store. The store's uniqueness lay in selling exclusive one-of-a-kind products, while creators can offer their hand-made items directly to customers for a small fee. |
