In this paper,a business proposal and an all-around project plan is put forward.The steps,methods,risks and returns of the proposed business activity are mainly discussed.In this paper,a business proposal will be submitted to the investor or strategic partner who can evaluate the proposed company or project through the content herein so that they can decide whether or not to invest in the proposed company or establish strategic partnership.For a developing SMB,besides soliciting investment and looking for strategic partners,drafting this business proposal is also a process of reconsidering its own internal environment and external environment,so as to reconsider and adjust the future development strategy of the company itself.First of all,the background and significance of research,and summarizes all the references used herein,followed by the research method and path put forward on this basis are discussed in this paper.A diversified research method is employed in this paper to ensure the analytical judgment of data sources is as accurate as possible.In the end,the following approaches have been followed by during the compilation: integration of literature data and market survey,integration of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,literature analysis,assurance of the overall framework,and in-depth analysis of chapters.Later on,a detailed introduction to the proposed company is given in this paper,including the company profile,business overview,project advantages and business model.The project advantages are discussed from four dimensions: product,service,technology and talent,while the business model is analyzed from five aspects: vision,core capacity,market positioning,marketing channels and business model.After analyzing the status quo of the company,a detailed analysis of the market,and expatiates on the development,status quo and features of internet marketing are also given in this paper.Focusing on the status quo and characteristics of social media marketing,the market demands in social media marketing is also analyzed in this paper,particularly the analysis of demand characteristics,product demand,price demand,channel demand and purchase demand.Based on this,the characteristics and preference of consumer demands are further analyzed.With regard to the marketing policy,performs with the 4C and 4P models are analyzed in this paper.4P analysis leads to the marketing policy of the company: the product shall bring combined benefits to consumers;it shall adopt the demand-oriented pricing strategy,the Internet-oriented marketing channels and promotion model based on interviews and social media promotion.According to the more consumer-oriented 4C analysis,the following marketing policy are obtained: the company is selling products truly needed by the consumers,and the products shall be priced within the range that consumers are willing to pay;Internet,e-payment and varied client apps shall be leveraged to provide buying conveniences for users;the company communicates with users through offline interviews and social media.After that,a detailed analysis of the management team,team composition and performance management is given in this paper.With regard to the financial plan,the operating incomes,costs and profits of the company are also analyzed in the paper,including the incomes from each operation,the costs incurred in each operation process,and the precise projection and accounting of the gross margin.In conclusion,the risks relating to market,finance,management and operation,as well as the corresponding countermeasures are further elaborated in this paper,leading to the conclusion that with risks controllable,the business proposal is feasible.
