Abstract/Summary:
2D materials can help us push the limits in the place where we have reached thresholds like transistors, Batteries, Flexible display, and Medicine but the level of difficulty to fabricate it is as high as the uses. Here, we develop an electron beam lithography assisted transfer setup, which can place a 2D material at a pinpointed location using suspended PDMS and a needle. This technique can be used along scotch tape exfoliation. Lastly, we demonstrate a novel method paving the way towards a 2D material printer suitable for cross-contamination free and on-demand printing of 2D materials. The latter paves the way to integrate 2D materials seamlessly into taped-out photonic chips.
