And the energy shortages and rising prices more scarce, and even serious influence economic serious global economy.As the most development prospects of energy, nuclear power would cost only a small amount of raw material to gain enormous amounts of energy, the advantage is obvious. In the meantime, considering the boron particle high hardness, before joining the characteristics of steel) materials, just after hard particle materials for the composite matrix fortifies soft, working with ba type alloy - soft substrate distribution in the hard particles, such materials - mode the same whether also has good abrasion resistance, and make the material has a variety of functions?In order to explore the particles reinforced steel (iron) composites wear resistance, experimental design QT500-7 materials used as contrast material, to explore the method in suspension casting iron particles reinforced with boron, with Q235 composites and boron carbide particles reinforced QT500-7 composites, and the wear resistance of boron QT500-7 particles reinforced composites made normalizing the wear-resisting experiment, after grain size, discussed how to join the performance, matrix of composite material changes, the influence of abrasion resistance.Tests show that the two composites are much higher than the wear-resisting performance QT500-7 materials; FeB - the wear resistance of Q235 composite significantly better than QT500-7 ductile iron and B4C - QT500-7 composite materials; B4C - to QT500-7 composite study show that, using electroless nickel plating process after the carbonization boron ductile iron particles reinforced the wear-resisting performance is better than the particle matrix not nickel plating material, and the effect is not obvious grain size.
