| Nowadays, many corporations are trying to develop their business process by implementing new managerial and technical strategies. In this thesis, the carpet and floor covering retail business is closely reviewed through the study of one of the retailers, A-1 Carpet Market. The research shows how the overall process may be enhanced by applying management plans and searching for technical innovations. A search for such improvements shall be continuous to keep up with the fast-paced market. The different alternatives are considered, and a new improved process is then adopted. The chosen process will be reviewed regularly, and similar studies will be conducted as needed. |
