Improving performance of J2EE application by tuning servlets

This thesis studies the important factors responsible for the performance of J2EE applications. We study how servlets interact and function in J2EE applications. Improvements in the performance of J2EE applications are obtained. Results show that if we use the methods provided by servlets and use some synchronized methods the performance of servlets can be improved.
