Abstract/Summary:
Changes in gene expression in Halobacterium salinarum sp. NRC-1 in response to heat shock are dynamically regulated by TfbB and TfbG as evidenced by temporal changes in protein levels and distinct, dynamic temporal patterns of binding and unbinding at promoters of genes required for the heat shock response in H. salinarum sp. NRC-1.
