And it is positive effect for diagnosis and therapy. In these years, heat shock protein (HSP) is deeply study. Especially heat shock protein60, 70(Hsp60,70)there are tightly relationship with tumorigenesis and growth.Heat shock proteins are kinds of highly conservative proteins which are synthesized by the irritation of physics chemistry and psyche reasons in creatures. This is because when the tempreture rises, the genetic transcription of this area is strengthen. so, the corresponding proteins are named Heat shock proteins. HSPs mainly attend some important cellophysiology activity,for example: protein transposition, assemblage, and aliasing, otherwise, after the synthesis of HSPs which are induced by many kinds of irritations, the HSPs can stabilize the structure of cell, sustain normal physiological function of cell., and to inhence the adaptive capacity of body (for example: thermostabilization; heat-resistant, cold-resistant, anti-infe ction, anti-toxin).Hsp60 of mankind mainly expressed in endochylema of excitable cells.Its main effect is to increase the cell'scapability of tolerance to bad excitation. Hsp70 of mankind also mainly expressed in endochylema, under the condition of stress, it can eliminate the bad aggregates or degenerated protein in cells which are generated because of stress., and stabilize the structure of cell, guarantee the normal shape of cell, so as to sustain the normal functions of cell.These two kinds of protein bring into full play in occurrence and development of brain glioma. Some experimental result in the past indicate that: Hsp60 and Hsp70 are al highly expressed in brain glioma, and they have intimate association with glioma's biological feature. There are also some experimental result indicate that HSPs have intimate association with brain glioma cells in multiplication, apoptosis, and immunity.The destination of this experiment is to approach the relationship between Hsp60, Hsp70 and the grade of brain glioma. And expecte to provid some usesfull clues in judgement of the grades in brain glioma.So as to provid some instructional contribution in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Destination of the experiment: In order to investigate the expression of Hsp60 and Hsp70 in brain glioma, and to approach the relationship and clinical meanings between Hsp60, hsp70 and the occurrence, development of brain glioma. Method: This investigation applies immunizing histochemistry SABC to detect the expression of Hsp60 and Hsp70 in brain glioma (there are 64 cases in all, there 4 grades, and there are 16 cases in every grade). calculate the expression of the two kinds of protein in the four grades brain glioma by means of gray scale analysis.Result: The expression of Hsp60,70 is buffy colouring on nucleus and endochylema.1. The expression of Hsp60 on first class compare to second order in patho class of glioma have conspicuous deviation (P<0.01), second order compare to third class, third class compare to fourth class have significant deviation.(P<0.001)2. The expression of Hsp70 on first class compare to second order in patho class of glioma have deviation (P<0.05), second order compare to third class have significant deviation. (P<0.001), third class compare to fourth class have conspicuous deviation (P<0.01)3. the same of patho class of glioma, Hsp60 compare to Hsp70 have significant deviation. (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. The expression of Hsp60 in glioma follow with patho class, that is grade of glioma to heighten, The expression of Hsp60 will increase.2. The expression of Hsp70 in glioma follow with patho class, that is grade of glioma to heighten, The expression of Hsp60 will increase. 3. the same of patho class of glioma, The expression of Hsp60 is more than HSP70.4. Because of The expression of Hsp60 is more than HSP70 in each class, the variability of HSP60 is more than HSP70 too. So in clinically, the sensitivity and specificity of HSP60 is better than HSP70 to become the detectin index for diagnosis and detection of glioma.
