Abstract/Summary: | |
Management Review is critical to the continuing success of any organization. Data obtained from audits and provided for management review must distinguish between processes that are performing well and processes that are performing below requirements. Management decisions on where and when to assign additional resources are enabled by such data, which leads to improved processes and better organization results.; This project provides a standardized model for the reporting of audit results, including a set of tools, such as an Interview and Observation Checklist and an Audit Element Scoring Worksheet. These tools translate collected data into a Quality System Health Rating Scorecard.; The tools provided in this project are applicable for all types of internal and external audits. |
