Research On The Construction And Management Of Chengdu Big Data Audit Platform

Since the 1990 s,on the basis of the rapid development of information network technology and the continuous improvement of government information infrastructure,China’s e-government has achieved rapid development,gradually moving towards the direction of networking and interaction,breaking through regional and departmental restrictions,continuously improving the government’s organizational structure and operation process,and further improving the level of national governance and government management.The application of E-government in the national audit(namely audit informatization)fully reflects the outstanding effect of using e-government to change the content and form of government management and service,and further improve the efficiency and quality of service.As a government audit institution in the new first tier cities,Chengdu Audit Bureau has achieved some typical and representative results in the construction of big data audit platform,a new direction in the field of audit informatization.This paper studies the construction of Chengdu big data audit platform,which can provide some decision-making reference for the construction of big data audit platform,and also provide basic ideas for the application of E-government in the field of audit.Based on the traditional audit business system,Chengdu audit institutions have carried out resource integration,initially built a big data audit platform with comprehensive,diversified,simplified and three-dimensional characteristics,and basically determined the overall framework and route of Chengdu audit informatization construction.This paper takes Chengdu big data audit platform as an example,through the methods of literature research,case analysis,investigation,induction and deduction,based on the practice of Chengdu in the construction of audit informatization,carries out investigation and research,analyzes the construction process,current situation and main contents of Chengdu big data audit platform,and expounds its effects and cases,Combined with the investigation and analysis of the audit institutions and the auditees,this paper deeply analyzes the problems and causes of the platform,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Taking "finding problems-exploring problems-finding reasons-Exploring Countermeasures" as the research path,This paper puts forward the basic ideas for the construction of big data audit platform,and strives to provide some opinions and suggestions for the construction of Chengdu big data audit platform.It is found that under the background of big data era,Chengdu makes use of big data audit platform to analyze and compare data through Baidu search and window operation,finds logic between data,screens doubtful points and clues,and further extends audit verification,so as to realize "audit at home" and fully solve the problem of "less people and more lives" of modern government.Through the research on the construction of Chengdu big data audit platform,it is found that there are still some deficiencies in data collection,data security and professionals,mainly due to the lack of macro vision,lack of innovation power,insufficient promotion of achievements,lack of external system,serious information island phenomenon,data security threats and other reasons,To solve these problems,we need to take the construction of big data audit platform as the main line,platform optimization as the basis,and talent team construction as the guarantee,so as to achieve the overall goal of improving the efficiency of audit work and the quality of audit supervision,strive to improve the scope,quality and level of e-government technology development and application in the audit field,and further improve the level of audit governance,It has practical significance for the healthy development of local government to escort the economic and social development.
