The Development Of Software For Audit

Audit using computer appears with the develop of the computer technology and it is a branch of the audit. Audit using computer is the method that auditors use to insure that finance actions should be legal and effective under the automatic or manual environment.With the far increase of the economy,the manage thought like the bpr or erp appears and accounting software is used extensive. Nowadays, the traditional audit can not fit for the audit content more and more so that we have to develop audit using computer. The auditing software in this thesis is using visual basic6.0 to develop systems. The database is sqlserver2000 and the windows system is windows98/2000/xp.The software has three functions , one is data collecting and converting including data collecting,data writing,normal audit, the other is auditing analyze including original voucher analyze,account analyze,finance sheet analyze,bank account analyze ,another is management of auditing content including auditing evidence,auditing draft,auditing report .Using the software to audit can let us replace manual audit with automatic audit, at the same time it can increase the auditing efficiency and reduce the auditing disk. At present the core of the audit is to find problem so that we can supervise the units. The software is our tool which can help us to fund the problem.
