| The purpose of this policy analysis was to analyze the Homeless CalWORKs Families Project of Los County. This analysis attempted to explore the development and impact of this project on homeless families in Los Angeles County. The policy analysis primarily used City, County and government documents to explore the policy, limits and implications to social work policy. The analysis revealed that the Homeless CalWORKs Families Project is an effective policy for homeless families in Los Angeles County. However, the findings also suggest that while this policy is effective, County Board of Supervisors and administrators are responsible for implementing recommendations based on recent studies of this policy for the project to succeed. |
