An Empirical Study On The Retirement Model Of Rural Happy Homes

In the situation of increasingly serious population aging and empty-nesting in rural,and insufficient supply of old-age care services,the model of mutual-support has become an important measure to solve the problem of rural old-age care services at a low cost.As a specific practice of mutual-support for the aged in rural areas,the happiness home has been widely promoted in various places.This paper takes Rural Happiness Home of Y County in Shandong Province as the research object.Using social support theory and welfare pluralism theory,this paper analyzes the operation mechanism of Rural Happiness Home,and analyzed the running effect of Rural Happiness Home of Y county by building the "input-process-result" evaluation system.Based on the Project of Linkage between Increase and Decrease of Rural Land in the new rural reconstruction,the funding pressure is low,and the operating costs less.There is a high occupancy Rural Happiness Home of Y county.In terms of mutual assistance among the elderly,the concentrated residence stimulates the mutual assistance among the elderly,and the concept of mutual-assistance has been enhanced between the elderly.The Rural Happiness Home can effectively meet the needs of the elderly,especially in the area of spiritual solace and cultural entertainment.And The Rural Happiness Home reduced the support-burden of child and improved the relationship between the elderly and their children.At the same time,the non-resident elderly have a certain willingness to move in,so the Rural Happiness Home has a positive social impact.This paper summarizes the advantages of the Rural Happiness Home in Y county,mainly including: combining the advantages of home care and residential care,achieving active aging,and achieving a win-win situation between the government,the village,the elderly,the family and the society.At the same time,the paper believes that there are deficiencies in the system security,fund raising,service scope,internal management,social participation,etc.Finally,based on the social support theory,the paper holds that the social support system of Rural Happiness Home should be constructed from the government support level,social support level,family and individual support level,so as to jointly promote the development of the Rural Happiness Home.
