The Model Of Rural Mutual Assistance For The Aged And Happiness Home In L County Of Shaanxi Province Perfect Research

In the 21 st century,China has entered an aging society,the rapid growth of the elderly population has increased the burden of our government's pension.At the same time,with the gradual development of social economy and the continuous progress of urbanization,a large number of rural labor force has poured into cities and towns,resulting in a large number of empty nest elderly in China's rural areas.The miniaturization and core of the family scale weakens the original pension security function of the family.In addition,the material conditions in rural areas are relatively scarce.Family pension and institutional pension have been difficult to meet the actual pension needs in rural areas.It is necessary to find a pension model suitable for the development of rural areas to solve the current pension problem.As a new pension model,mutual aid pension model has better effect in rural areas compared with family pension and institutional pension,which can be said to be a more rational choice for rural pension.This paper summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,deeply analyzes the current development of mutual pension at home and abroad,at the same time,with the support of social support theory,demand theory and social exchange theory,taking the rural mutual assistance and happiness hospital in L County,the pilot county of mutual pension in Shaanxi Province as the starting point.First of all,I visited and investigated the typical mutual aid and happiness hospital in L County,and got a deep understanding of the specific operation form of the mutual aid and happiness hospital in L County.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of the elderly's pension needs in the happiness hospital,this paper analyzes the group's pension satisfaction with the mutual aid pension model,and interviews with the relevant groups of rural pension in L County to obtain the subjective evaluation of mutual aid pension.On this basis,it comprehensively analyzes the current implementation status of mutual aid pension in L County.Through the systematic research,it is found that there are some problems in the model of L County's mutual aid and old-age happiness hospital,such as the lack of security of capital sources,the low degree of specialization of old-age services,the inaccurate service positioning,the low enthusiasm of the masses for mutual aid and old-age care,and so on.Finally,according to the existingproblems and combined with the analysis of the causes,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of the model of L County Rural Mutual pension happy home,in order to solve the plight of L County Rural Pension,and further improve the quality of life of the elderly in rural areas.
