Recent years,with the diversified development of China's economy and the implementation of the national strategy to encourage the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,the phenomenon of cooperation between small and medium-sized enterprises is increasing day by day.In academia,more and more scholars begin to pay attention to the impact of social network of small tourism enterprises on enterprise performance.They pay more and more attention to the application of social network and relationship embedding in the research of small tourism enterprises,and have made remarkable research progress.However,the specific mechanism of the effect of the social network on the performance of small tourism enterprises is seldom investigated in previous studies.Guided by the theory of social network,this study selects tourism small enterprises as the research object,focusing on the influence between the business network of tourism small enterprises and enterprise performance.This process includes the mediating effect of relationship embedding and the moderating effect of enterprise management self-efficacy,and constructs a moderating mediating model.In this study,SPSS 24.0 and AMOS23.0 were used to test the conceptual model.The results show that :(1)the social network of small tourism enterprises positively affects their business performance;(2)The business social network of small tourism enterprises positively influences their relationship embedding;(3)The relationship embedded in the business social network of small tourism enterprises plays an intermediary role between the business social network and enterprise performance: that is,the stronger the business social network of small tourism entrepreneurs,the more importance they attach to the weak relationship in the relationship embedding level,and the more positive the effect on the improvement of enterprise performance.(4)The sense of self-efficacy in business management plays a regulating role between the relationship embedding of small tourism enterprises and their business performance,and the relationship embedding of small tourism enterprises and the sense of self-efficacy in business management have a positive impact on their business performance.Finally,this study clarified the role of the relationship between strength and weakness,on the one hand to reverse people's misunderstanding and dependence on the so-called strong relationship,on the other hand to reveal the positive role of the construction of the weak relationship full of normal market order for small enterprises to operate the market;Secondly,it reveals the long-term effectiveness of business network.On the one hand,it puts forward the role of business network in establishing a benign,fair and orderly business environment;on the other hand,it emphasizes the importance of fair and orderly business environment for the healthy development of small tourism enterprises.
