By the end of 2016,the total number of Chinese tourism enterprises includes travel agency,hotel,tourist area et.have reached 39624.Most of them are small and medium-sized tourism enterprises(STE),and STE has occupy the dominant position of tourism business.And is located in the south of guilin yangshuo west street,is not only the earliest overseas reputed “foreigner street“,as the development of domestic economy,but also depends on its original street residence “west“ and the lijiang river,attracted a large number of entrepreneurs to create a small business,gradually developed into a famous domestic tourism small business hub,it is also an important case study of tourism businesses.At present,scholars mainly focus on the development of small enterprises in yangshuo west street,the seasonal employment of small enterprises,the survival status of small business owners,and the entrepreneurial motivation of small business owners.Among them,tourism small business owners as the dominant force affecting the survival and development of tourism small enterprises has become the important content of the study of small enterprises.In recent years,our government has paid great attention to the happiness of the people.Tourism is regarded as an important way to promote happiness,and tourism is ranked as the top of the top five happiness industries by the state.Tourism industry as the “happiest“ industry should not only reflected in the travel of tourists and residents happier played a significant role,should also be reflected in tourism practitioners happiness level.Tourism small business owners as is an important part of tourism industry groups,in the tourism businesses,they founded by tourism constitutes the main body of the local tourism market,small business direct interactive communication with the masses of tourists,not only affects tourists experience,alsoaffects the prosperity and development of the tourism destination,but few scholars study of their life present situation,the happy feeling.Therefore,this article through to small business owners of happiness research,measure their happiness level,analysis their happiness factor,suggests some policies to improve their well-being,power of small business in the development of tourism forms at the same time,to a certain extent,promote the prosperity of tourism destination.Based on the systematic review of the existing literature on the happiness of small business owners,this paper builds the happiness measurement scale of tourism small business owners based on on-site interviews and expert advice.Firstly,the reliability validity of the scale was tested by factor analysis,and the final measurement scale was formed.Secondly,using likert scale to measure the happiness level of small business owners;Then,using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to analyze the composition of their happiness,the contribution and explanatory power of the four dimensions of the scale are sorted and explained in depth.Finally,according to the actual level tourism small business owners to happiness and the explanation of different factors,from small business owners themselves,the community level,the government management department three point of view put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,to improve the well-being of yangshuo west street tourism small business owners,development of small business owners formats,to promote tourism destination development and social harmony.This article through to small business owners,analysis and interpretation of happiness scale building and drew the following conclusions: first,the happiness of small business owners by life perception factors of tourism,the individual psychological factors,social awareness,professional identity perception of four dimensions.Second,yangshuo west street small business owners to happiness and guide’s personnel and tourism informal workers are consistent,in the average level,different individual attributes of tourism happiness level differences of small business owners.Third,confidence in the industry,professional identity,support and gain factor is to promote tourism top three factors of small business owners to obtain happiness,environmental control,mental health,substance tourism income level is three main factor of the small business owners to harvest happiness.Therefore,it is necessary for tourism small business owners to pay attention to the construction of mental health and enhance environmental control in their entrepreneurial and business operations.Local communities and government management agencies collaborate to provide support and assistance for the development of tourism small businesses,and strengthen their confidence in the industry and professional identity.In order to increase the level of well-being of tourism small business owners,develop the development of small tourism enterprises and promote the sustainable development of local tourism.
