Research On Quality Management Optimization Of F Company's Circulating Cooling System

In the increasingly fierce market competition,enterprises not only need to stay ahead through technological innovation,but also need to have excellent quality as the basis.How to manage and improve the quality of enterprises and products is a common problem that enterprises need to face.Company F is competing in the Red Sea market and needs quality products to develop the market.The optimization of quality management will undoubtedly help Company F to improve the quality of its products.Therefore,this paper,through reading the literature and organizing quality management theory,takes a questionnaire survey to the actual customers of F Company's circulating cooling system,collects the data and information of the circulating cooling system from the customers,collates these data and analyzes them to get the quality performance and quality problems of F Company's circulating cooling system.Using expert interviews to understand the elements that affect the quality of the circulating cooling system and the rating of each element of Company F.The final result is the quality performance of Company F's circulating cooling system.Finally,the main quality problems of Company F's circulating cooling system and their corresponding causes were identified,and corresponding optimization solutions were formulated for these problems by combining quality management theory.The results of the study reveal that Company F lacks quality restraint in the design of the circulating cooling system product and fails to achieve teamwork,low quality management level of suppliers has more problems,product quality problems have not been effectively improved resulting in the spread of quality problems,and quality management is not implemented in the installation,maintenance and use of the product.In order to address the problem of product design,it is proposed to use the preventive measures of total quality management to reduce the probability of quality problems at the design stage,and put forward the plan of full participation to improve design quality.Suppliers are required to carry out relevant business and quality work based on the user demand-oriented theory of total quality management,and to do corresponding quality control in all aspects of manufacturing.Pooling internal resources,using PDCA and Deming Ring methods to improve product quality problems that have occurred and promote product quality improvement.Quality management is carried out at the aftersales stage,from installation to maintenance to use,etc.All after-sales work should meet the relevant requirements of quality management.
