Quality is an important manifestation of the competitiveness of enterprises.Under the environment of economic globalization,the competition of quality is not just the quality of products and service quality,and extends to the entire process of quality management.In the long term,Companies should break with tradition,change the quality management of longitudinal management to horizontal management,gradually to the full range of quality management.That is to say,Total quality management include the management of people,machines,materials,and processes and other partners.From the dimensions of total quality management,this article is planning to solve the quality problem of enterprise L and to optimize the quality management process.L company is a clothing and shoes product design and development based on the business of sporting goods business,belonging to the garment manufacturing industry.China's garment manufacturing industry in the global garment industry chain low-end,everywhere subject to international brands and channels to business.In particular,it is unrealistic for L companies to continue to rely on the advantages of cheap labor,mass production and policy support,despite the continued impact of today's global economic slowdown,increased international competition and rising domestic labor factor prices.In the face of a large number of orders lost in Southeast Asia and other countries of the status quo,China's garment industry must change the existing competitive model,continue to advance to the global industrial chain upstream.In the process of progress,quality management has become an essential part.Quality management has become the L company to enter the international market of the most important.This article chooses L company as the object of quality management optimization,mainly from L company in the country experienced the development of prosperity to the recession to the re-development of the ups and downs of the situation for our research to show the rich state;In addition,the company's attention to product quality Very high,but still continue to expose the quality of the problem;Finally,L as a manufacturing company,the quality of its products directly determine whether the enterprise can win the consumer and the market.Therefore,L company's product quality and quality management research is necessary.In this context,this paper from the quality of the relevant theory,the use of literature research,chart statistics and status analysis and other methods,describes the comprehensive quality management of the relevant theories and methods,combined with L's clothing manufacturing business,analysis of the company Quality management system,and put forward the quality management system according to the PDCA cycle method,put forward the party and the measures of the straight chain management of the garment manufacturing business of L company.Finally,the quality management plan is implemented in the company,and the effect of the implementation is analyzed.The results show that the company's scrap rate and claim rate have declined,the product cost has been effectively controlled,the order quantity has increased,the company's efficiency has improved,and achieved good results.
