With the domestic e-commerce market gradually becoming saturated,it is increasingly difficult for small enterprises to profit in this Red Sea market.Now overseas markets have become a new breakthrough.At the same time,the rapid development of global e-commerce and the continuous promotion of national export trade have provided a good environment for domestic enterprises' cross-border exports.In recent years,the mobile Internet has developed rapidly in Southeast Asia and e-commerce also has a large market space.Therefore,more and more small and medium-sized enterprises in China regard Southeast Asia as a new frontier for cross-border e-commerce exports.Based on this market background,the e-commerce platform Shopee in Southeast Asia and Taiwan region has launched domestic cross-border business,recruiting sellers to settle on the platform.Shopee,as one of the influential e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia,has relatively low visibility in China and insufficient performance in propaganda.Therefore,there is still a lot of room for improvement in domestic recruitment promotion.This article will combine the current state of cross-border business development of the Shopee platform and its appeal for recruitment promotion,then propose a case of recruitment promotion planning suitable for the Shopee platform.At the macro level,analyze the current domestic cross-border e-commerce industry scale,Southeast Asian market characteristics and difficulties;at the meso level,analyze the current status of the spread and activities of competitor Lazada;at the micro level,focus on its own cross-border Business construction status and current status of communication and activities.Based on the analysis,it proposed a new brand positioning of“one-stop service platform for entering Southeast Asia",and according to the brand positioning,the cross-border business will be upgraded.At the same time,optimize online communication channels in China,build a targeted multi-channel communication matrix,and innovate offline activity forms,launch more influential publicity activities,form online and offline linkages,and further enhance the Shopee platform popularity.
