As an important social and economic system in the social security system,social insurance occupies a core position in the whole social security system.Under the direction of constructing service-oriented government,social insurance handling service is gradually changing from the traditional compulsory fixed mode of service to the humanized handling service centering on paying attention to and meeting the needs of insured groups.On the other hand,the rapid development of information technology and the widespread application of electronic government affairs service means to join groups for social insurance related information and access to social insurance related service channels to bring profound changes,in further stimulate the ginseng group social insurance service requirements as well as for social security orgnaization of agency of level of service mode and put forward the new challenge.The integrated teller system of social insurance agency is the symbol of the transformation of social insurance handling service.At present,the research on social insurance handling service is the basis to determine the direction,means and effectiveness of the change of handling service,while the research on the satisfaction of the insured group from the public perspective can truly reflect the effect of the reform and provide an effective reference for the development of social insurance service in the future.This thesis takes the social insurance integrated teller system service in Panzhihua city as the research object and investigates it from the perspective of service satisfaction.Combined with the relevant literature at home and abroad,this thesis summarizes the relevant research results on the public satisfaction with social insurance handling services and public services,and forms a questionnaire on the satisfaction with the comprehensive social insurance system of Panzhihua.Through questionnaires and interviews,the relevant factors affecting public satisfaction were analyzed,including the openness of government affairs,counseling,convenience of service,and service level of handling personnel.On the four dimensions of orgnaization of service of the problems existing in performance is summarized in the government affairs public is not comprehensive,functional smallholder consciousness is not clear,problems of data information and poor service concept,further investigated the causes of these problems include the irrationality of function configuration,low degree of information connectivity,service consciousness,etc.Based on the above informations,the improved conclusions and countermeasures are embodied in the establishment and improvement of the service system,smooth information sharing channels,and citizence-centered improvement of the service process.These measures can effectively improve the service efficiency and promote the innovative development of social insurance undertakings in Panzhihua city.
