Research On The Development Of Business Ecosystem Strategy Of Supply Chain Enterprises

Under the conditions of modern economy,the market demands are increasingly diversified,personalized,and integrated,and business ecological strategies have emerged.With the help of big data and Internet technologies,the relevance of products and services is emphasized,and resources are shared.Incorporate consumers,business partners and so on are considered into strategic decisions of the company.The research object of this paper is EA,the leading company of supply chain.In order to adapt to the development of the trend of the times,and under the cruel competition pattern,EA puts forward the business ecosystem strategy and constructs the supply chain ecosystem,which makes EA get the attention of the capital market and bring the stock price soaring.This paper uses case study method,combining information asymmetry theory,transaction cost theory,platform strategy theory and the research status of business ecosystem at home and abroad.Firstly,it starts from the motivation of implementing business ecosystem strategy and summarizes the implementation path of the strategy.Secondly,this paper uses event study and Tobin Q ratio study to analyze the impact of business ecosystem strategy on the market wealth of EA,and analyzes the impact of the strategy on the financial performance of EA from three dimensions of operation ability,development ability and profitability through horizontal and vertical comparison.Based on the above analysis,this paper finds that the implementation of business ecosystem strategy of EA has achieved good results on the whole.As a typical case of supply chain management service enterprises developing business ecosystem,the model of EA is innovative.The development of supply chain business ecosystem has brought positive effects to the whole company.However,at the same time,the development of EA’s business ecosystem strategy also has the problems of unsatisfactory projects,integrated management conflicts,and limited supply chain financial development.Therefore,this article draws inspiration from the case of EA,and finally puts forward three relevant suggestions for the development of the model: promote the strategic layout stably according to macro-environment,improve the management capabilities through talent training,and make use of high-quality businesses on the basis of breaking the financial constraints.
