Empirical Study On The Development Status Of Xuzhou H Agriculture Co.,Ltd

In recent years,the General Office has issued a series of policy documents,such as the"Outline for Agricultural Science and Technology Development(2001-2010)" and the"Guiding the Orderly Circulation of Rural Land Management Rights for the Development of Agricultural Operations at an Appropriate Scale".The issuance of these documents demonstrated that agriculture-related enterprises played a decisive role in the process of China’s agricultural modernization and promoted the development of China’s agriculture-industrial enterprises.This thesis conducts an empirical study on the typical representative of agriculture-related enterprise in Xuzhou:H Agricultural Co.,Ltd..The article is divided into six main parts.The first part is an introduction.It mainly expounds the purpose,significance,research summary of domestic and foreign research on the development of Xuzhou agriculture-related enterprise,as well as the investigation methods and research ideas of this paper,which points out the innovations and shortcomings of the paper.The second part:Describes the historical evolution of Xuzhou’s new rural science and technology service organization and the development of agriculture-related enterprise which plays an important part of agricultural business in Xuzhou.The third part:Conducting empirical research on the organizational structure of Xuzhou H Agricultural Co.,Ltd.and the storm marketing from the whole process of agricultural production from the development status and growth path of Xuzhou H Agriculture Co.,Ltd.,on the main line of "enterprise+base+dealer+large households",from agricultural resources management,improved seed and food production,large service providers,land custody and food banks,the professional cooperatives and other modules.The fourth part:Explains the problems of capital problems,policy environment,operational risks,competition in the same industry,management and technology encountered in the production and operation process of Xuzhou H Agriculture Co.,Ltd.,and analysis the influencing factors in the process of enterprise development.The fifth part:From solving the problem of financing difficulties,the government and enterprises working together to create an operating environment,strengthening communication and avoid vicious competition,establishing an early warning mechanism to avoid production and operation risks,strengthening management,and increasing the technical golden value of enterprises through various channels to propose practical solutions.The sixth part:Prospects for the future development of Xuzhou agriculture-related enterprises.It is hoped that with the effective support of the government and the society,and the continuous efforts of the enterprises themselves,we will effectively improve the competitiveness of the agriculture-related enterprises in the domestic and international fields,and embark on a road of strengthening the country in the agricultural field.
