On Pricing Mechanism Of PPP Project Based On Sustainable Development Theory

According to the data of the National PPP Integrated Information Platform Project Management Library of the Ministry of Finance,the assets of the newly added PPP projects are gradually decreasing,the stock assets are huge,and there are many projects in the operation period.Part of the PPP project entering the operation period has been retired due to the pricing mechanism.The withdrawal of the project means that the PPP project cannot be used in principle,and the financial allocations arranged by the National Development and Reform Commission cannot be used.The lack of government credit guarantee will lead to repayment pressure.With the increase,the financing cost is extremely high,and it is difficult for the project to achieve long-term sustainable development.For this reason,all sectors of the community strongly urged that PPP projects and PPP project pricing mechanisms must achieve sustainable development.This paper takes the PPP project pricing mechanism in operation period as the research object,and uses the basic principles of sustainable development theory to solve the problems existing in the current PPP project pricing mechanism.By summarizing and analyzing the relevant theoretical results at home and abroad and the actual situation of PPP projects,applying the methods of economics and management,the concept model of dynamic-balance game is constructed,and the sustainable pricing model of PPP project is constructed and the pricing of PPP project is designed.Information mechanism and measurement mechanism,so as to achieve dynamic adjustment of pricing,form scientific checks and balances of various stakeholders,and ensure its long-term sustainable development.The conclusions of this paper are mainly the following two:The first conclusion is that the sustainable development of PPP project pricing mechanism needs to be 1)to ensure the internal organizational stability of the project;2)to increase the pricing mechanism to adapt to environmnental changes and 3)to ensure the advanced nature of PPP projects to find The specific implementation path to achieve sustainable development of PPP project pricing.The second conclusion is:1)to ensure the stability of the internal organization of the project needs to build a scientific stakeholder balance mechanism;2)to increase the pricing mechanism to adapt to environmental changes needs to build a dynamic pricing model;3)to ensure the advanced nature of the project needs to increase Innovative input,pricing incentives and revenue sharing mechanisms in pricing design.The PPP project pricing mechanism is a hot issue in recent years.This paper uses the basic principles of sustainable development and related economics and management knowledge to study and explore it,which is important for improving the dynamics and adaptability of the pricing mechanism.Theoretical and practical value,I hope this paper can have certain reference value for future research,and it can be implemented one day in the future.
