Research On Dynamic Core Competence Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Advanced Manufacturing Enterprises

Since the implementation of the national policy of reform and opening up,Since China's reform and opening up,China's manufacturing industry has made tremendous development and progress,laying a solid foundation for the enhancement of national strength,and China has gradually become a manufacturing power in the world.As a real economy,the development of manufacturing industry is the foundation of China's overall economy.Since the US government imposed tariffs on Chinese goods and imposed investment restrictions,starting a trade war between China and the US,the key issue of core technology restrictions reminds us that although China is a manufacturing power,it is not a manufacturing power.China is in the stage of transformation from traditional manufacturing industry to new economic form,vigorously developing new manufacturing model,but also facing many problems.There are many urgent problems to be solved,such as economic slowdown,transformation of growth impetus,constraint of environment and resources,and overcapacity.Advanced manufacturing enterprises are economic entities in advanced development.By analyzing the measurement and influencing factors of the dynamic core competence of advanced manufacturing enterprises,this paper studies whether it can provide valuable practical experience for other manufacturing industries.What is the mechanism of influencing factors on the dynamic core capability of advanced manufacturing enterprises?How to find out the effect on the dynamic core competence of enterprises through the study of influencing factors,and how to find out the key of the problem,so as to accurately correct and improve it?Based on the core competence theory,the dynamic core competence theory,evolution theory and other relevant theory,on the basis of combining qualitative and quantitative,clustering analysis and principal component analysis,analytic hierarchy process(ahp),statistical analysis methods such as argument advanced manufacturing enterprises dynamic core ability to measure evaluation index and the internal relations between the influencing factors.By analyzing the current situation of the two,thepaper studies the action mechanism of the influencing factors of advanced manufacturing enterprises on the dynamic core competence of enterprises,and empirically tests the influence factors of advanced manufacturing enterprises on the dynamic core competence of enterprises by using the panel data from 28 provinces of China from 1997 to 2018.From the perspective of the measurement of the dynamic core competence of advanced manufacturing enterprises,it mainly includes four first-level indicators,namely,assessment ability,integration ability,learning ability and independent innovation ability.Cluster analysis is conducted on the selected advanced manufacturing enterprises,and it is found that these advanced manufacturing enterprises have different levels and the performance of the four specific factors is also different.From the perspective of influencing factors,variables such as foreign investment,location quotient index,fixed asset investment and education expenditure can all have an impact on the dynamic core competence of China's advanced manufacturing industry.Finally,after studying experience in developed countries,the advanced manufacturing enterprise upgrading technology research and development,to speed up the advanced manufacturing export structure transformation,strengthen the advanced manufacturing industry in our country during the period of superposition outbreak response capacity,continue to increase the intensity of attracting foreign investment,optimize the environment of China's foreign trade this five aspects,common countermeasures to improve the dynamic core capability of advanced manufacturing industry to establish a support system.From advanced manufacturing enterprises dynamic core competence factors affecting the measure and the influencing factors of two angles,the theoretical model of building measures,is the core of advanced manufacturing enterprises dynamic enrich and supplement of the theory of ability,so in this paper,on the basis of the empirical results of the analysis,to provide countermeasures for advanced manufacturing enterprises dynamic core competence,in order to provide support to the advanced manufacturing enterprise management and help.
