Business development of third-party logistics refers to the goals and measures of how to win over customers and gain a favorable position in market competition formulated by third-party logistics companies based on their own advantages,resources and economic strength.The contract logistics business development of third-party logistics has the typical characteristics of project-based business,so it is necessary to study the marketing management and marketing practice related to this kind of business.In this paper,based on L group contract logistics business development strategy,comprehensive use of the marketing mix theory foundation,to an alyze the L company’s existing business situation and business development strategy.SIVA marketing mix theory is used for business development optimization strategy for the company to adapt to the new market environment,improve the company’s business development process and the management pattern,increase efficiency and success rate of sales contract logistics project,enhance the competitiveness of the marketing team.At the same time,it is also the process of my deep thinking on project-based business development,systematic sorting and summary of theoretical knowledge and practical experience.This optimization strategy can provide a reference for the business development of enterprises positioned as "solution sales-oriented".
