Research On Optimization Of Qualified Supplier Management In A Research Institute

Scientific research institutes have always given priority to scientific research,and most of the projects they undertake are scientific research.Therefore,the work of supplier evaluation has been relatively simple.With the continuous improvement of China's comprehensive national strength,national scientific research institutes have undertaken a large number of major tasks facing the world's scientific and technological frontier,which are related to the overall situation and long-term development of the country.For the scientific research institutes that do not have the ability of production,processing and debugging,it is of great significance to improve the management level of suppliers,improve the quality of products and services,and ensure the smooth completion of tasks.At first,this paper studied a large number of the supplier management related literature at home and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages of the supplier management research at home and abroad are analyzed,and the current colleges and universities,military industry,aerospace group group,scientific research institutes,ordinary private enterprises in the supplier management in various industries,such as the problems existing in the combed and analyzed,and the evaluation index of the men in the literature research and analysis,classification summary.Then it analyzes and studies the problems existing in the selection and evaluation of the supplier and the monitoring of the supplier's performance in a certain research institute.Using the method of expert investigation method,case analysis,literature method and military standard quality management system requirements and relevant national laws and regulations and other rules,combined with the actual situation of a certain institute to determine the qualified supplier selection and evaluation index system of a certain institute,studied the evaluation index weight by hierarchical analysis method,the supplier evaluation model is established.Finally,combined with the actual situation of a research institute and a specific case,the effect of the optimized supplier evaluation model is analyzed,and good results are obtained.The evaluation index system and evaluation method proposed in this paper for the selection of qualified suppliers in research institutes is of great significance for improving the management level of qualified suppliers in a certain institute and ensuring the quality of products and services.It can also provide reference for other similar institutes.
