Research On Development Strategy Dalian A Group

Railway diversified enterprises,also known as railway non-transport industry.It's business are different from the traditional railway transportation.For years,the railway diversified enterprises have been relying on the development of railway transportation.The internal management of the enterprise is disordered as well as the the development positioning is not clear.Until the 2014,the state reformed the railway system.The railway enterprises are gradually moving towards the market system.Facing the shock of reform,the enterprises are in urgent need of reform to adapt to the development.Dalian A Group is a diversified enterprise representative of Shenyang Railway Administration Group Co.,Ltd.(formerly Shenyang Railway Administration),which was established in 2005.Its business mainly includes hotel catering service,logistics warehousing service,real estate leasing service,business and trade service,etc.This paper takes Dalian A Group as an example to carry out the research,through the group structure,business operation status,enterprise resources to analyze the internal situation of the group.And use the PEST analysis to analyze the environment of Dalian A Group.Finally based on the group's operating income over the past 10 years forecast the group's revenue in the next five years by grey forecasting method.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the group through Porter's five forces and SWOT analysis.It founded the existing problems in the current operation of the group,and also saw the resource advantage and the opportunity.Reasonably forecast the future development direction of the enterprise,and plans out the group's short-term and long-term development goals.And specify the safeguard measures of strategy implementation based on the target.Through the research of Dalian A Group,this paper is expected the railway diversified enterprises can all make rational use of resources in the development,and find the right location.And develop a strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise.
