In today's society,with the development of information technology,the global economy is becoming more and more integrated,followed by increasingly fierce competition,and the core element of competition between enterprises is talent,how to effectively attract,retain and motivate talent is crucial.As a new type of broadband pay salary structure,is more flexible,and more conducive to cooperate with the characteristics of the performance to discover potential employees,stimulate the work enthusiasm,thus is more and more enterprises in our country for their own use.By reducing salary grade and increasing salary variation range,broadband compensation fundamentally changes the traditional mode,which relies on the fixed thinking of salary formulation based on job grade,focuses on the performance of employees closer to the enterprise's development strategy rather than their position,and encourages employees to obtain personal benefits through performance breakthrough.For small and medium-sized private enterprises such as M company,if they want to keep a place in the fierce market competition,they must find a solution between the bad market environment and the rising cost.The most important concern of employees in the enterprise is also the most beneficial tool of the enterprise is the salary.The incentive effect of salary is the most critical internal driving force of the enterprise.This paper takes the salary system of M company as the research object and mainly divides into five chapters to design the broadband salary system of M company.The first chapter is the introduction,which discusses the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research contents and methods,and research framework.The second chapter is the overview of concepts and theories,which mainly summarizes the concepts of compensation and broadband compensation,the design steps of broadband compensation and relevant incentive theories.The content of the third chapter is to introduce the basic situation of M company,determine the salary problems in the form of questionnaire survey,summarize and analyze the problems,and introduce the necessity and feasibility of broadband salary;The fourth chapter is the redesign of broadband compensation,combining the company's organizational structure,actual operating level and future development planning and other factors,on the basis of analyzing the existing positions,the design of broadband compensation system;The fifth chapter is the safeguard measures for the implementation of the salary system.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the system and give full play to its effectiveness,three safeguard measures are put forward.As an ordinary small and medium-sized private enterprise,M company has encountered many difficulties in the process of enterprise development with a strong universality.The mismatch between business development and internal support system is a common problem of many developing enterprises.Based on the study of the salary system of M company,this paper designs a scheme of broadband salary system that ADAPTS to the development status of enterprises,which will have certain reference value for many small and medium-sized private enterprises.
