With the development of the world economic integration and financial globalization,one of the key directions of the development of financial industry in various countries is financial innovation.In recent years,the financial industry continues to innovate,especially in the form of operation.At the 2016 NPC and CPPCC sessions,China proposed to vigorously develop Inclusive Finance,so as to make the dividend of financial industry development more in-depth to the public.The emergence of financial supermarket is the specific performance of responding to the call of Inclusive Finance.Financial supermarket provides more financial service options for broader consumers,especially individual consumers and small and medium-sized micro enterprises,promotes the innovation of financial industry,and promotes the continuous reform of China’s financial industry.This paper introduces the current situation of Y company’s financial supermarket,analyzes the current situation of its operation and development,:(1)Analyzes its existing problems in management system,human resources,business system,service quality and efficiency.(2)Analyzes the internal and external environment of Y company’s financial supermarket in detail,and sums up y company by using PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis,The advantages of Si financial supermarket are mainly in four aspects:the brand advantages of government leadership,rich product types,extensive customer resources and innovative business model in line with the tide of financial development.At the same time,there are some deficiencies,such as poor organizational structure,lack of standardized management system,inaccurate market positioning,insufficient professionals,and low proportion of effective customers.The development opportunities of Y company’s financial supermarket mainly include:the continuous development and progress of the financial industry under the general environment,the support of the local government for the development of the financial industry,and the vast personal customer market to be developed.The challenges it faces mainly come from the growing number of competitors from the outside world,the problem of social acceptance time and the risk that the financial industry cannot control.Through the establishment of SWOT analysis model,after a series of analysis and demonstration above,combined with the company’s development objectives,we designed feasible development strategies and put forward development strategy suggestions from the aspects of improving popularity,organizational structure,product system,customer selection and service optimization.Finally,in order to better implement these strategies,we strengthened management system,We should strengthen the foundation of human resources and increase technical support to provide safeguard measures.I hope that this paper can help the development of Y company’s financial supermarket. |
