The development of real estate enterprises is restricted by many factors such as government policies,industry situation and consumer demand.This article is based on the development trend of the real estate industry,combined with the theory of corporate development strategy,to discuss the strategic issues of H real estate company in the actual operation and development of the market economy leading the future development direction,use some of the research conclusions of this article to help H Real estate companies will develop more steadily in the future,and they can learn from and enlighten the development of related enterprises in my country.This paper uses social survey,literature analysis,case studies and other methods to study the status quo,problems and internal and external environment of H Real Estate's development strategy.It is found that H Real Estate,as a large-scale real estate company dedicated to the development of high-end real estate projects,has its current development strategy The goal setting is not scientific enough,the asset-heavy development model is more restricted,the development of real estate market positioning needs to be diversified,the real estate market operation management is not differentiated enough,and the sustainability of the development strategy is not guaranteed.The main reason is that H Real Estate is deeply affected by the macro environment and the industry environment,coupled with the lack of H Real Estate's internal resources and capabilities,which has caused H Real Estate's development difficulties.In combination with the current state's top-level policy design for the real estate industry,H Real Estate should start from asset-light operations,diversified development,and differentiated competition,gather many resources of H Real Estate,integrate the relevant market environment,and clarify the development of H Real Estate.Medium-term and long-term goals,to promote the adjustment and optimization of the development strategy of H Real Estate Company.On this basis,H Real Estate must strengthen human resource guarantees,financial control guarantees,operational system guarantees,policy analysis guarantees,and brand building guarantees,and earnestly promote the realization of strategic goals and business performance of H Real Estates with the help of good resources and environment Promote.
