As global economy slows and industry becomes saturated,mobile camera industry is becoming increasingly competitive.As a leading enterprise in the industry,Ofilm Optical-Electronic Tech Co.,Ltd.is in urgent need of changing its original marketing strategy of products and services,in order to adapt to changing environment,maintain original profit level,gain competitive advantage and sustain its position in the industry.This research uses methods of literature analysis,interview investigation and comparative analysis,analyzes Ofilm's macro and micro environment,and Ofilm's camera products' marketing status quo.Through in-depth exploration and comparison of peers' marketing strategies,this research analyzes problems existing in Ofilm's marketing.Aiming to solve these problems and achieve O-film's marketing goal,framework,implementation arrangement and implementation guarantee of Ofilm's camera products' integrated marketing strategy are put forward.Among them,framework design of integrated marketing is the core,which is divided into four modules: marketing resources analysis,integrated marketing positioning,integrated marketing implementing and integrated marketing control.Its operation procedure mainly includes integration of marketing tools,integration of marketing procedures,and integration of resources in Ofilm and between Ofilm and relevant enterprises.Human resources security,capital security,management system and corporate culture are fundamental guarantee to achieve the above integrations.Through discussion of operation procedure of Ofilm's camera products' integrated marketing,this research is expected to help improve marketing strategy of Ofilm's camera products,and provide reference for relevant enterprises to develop marketing strategies.
