Based on the accelerating environment of economic globalization,the financial market is developing rapidly,and the gap with the international finance is narrowing,while the insurance industry is constantly improving the level of internationalization.With the rapid development of market economy,the competition for talents is becoming more and more fierce.As a knowledge intensive industry,the insurance industry shows a strong demand for high-quality talents,which makes the whole industry face severe talent competition situation.Insurance enterprises must attract and retain a group of compound high-quality talents,make full use of potential talents,devote themselves to the progress and development of enterprises,and create value and income,so as to be based on the fierce market environment.Employee motivation is of great significance to enterprises,and it is one of the main ways for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.Enterprises must establish and perfect scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism and have a group of excellent talents as the resources to support their sustainable development.China's insurance industry is still growing and developing.Different from foreign large-scale insurance companies,there are many defects in the employee incentive mechanism of domestic insurance companies.The establishment and optimization of the employee incentive mechanism of insurance companies has become the primary task facing the domestic insurance industry.In this paper,PA company is selected as a case,combining with the research results of the incentive mechanism in the academic community,the research analyzes the shortcomings of PA company in the incentive mechanism,indicating that PA company must establish a sound scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism system,and put forward relevant suggestions and measures.This paper will first introduce the background,significance,content and methods of the research.And for the definition and theory of incentive and incentive mechanism,it summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' research theory and practical application in incentive mechanism,which shows that incentive theory has important reference value and significance for domestic enterprises to establish and perfect incentive mechanism.Based on the above theory,this paper investigates and analyzes the employee satisfaction and incentive status of PA company,analyzes and clarifies the shortcomings of PA company in salary incentive,assessment,career planning and training.Based on the study of the defects of the employee incentive mechanism of PA company,and the current optimization principle of the employee incentive mechanism,this paper formulates the framework and methods of establishing the employee incentive mechanism,and puts forward practical suggestions and measures: establishing a scientific and reasonable salary system,improving the overall salary status of PA company employees,and giving full play to the role of salary and welfare in the mobilization and incentive of employees' work;and Good performance appraisal,pay attention to employee career planning,strengthen the construction of employee training system,broaden the personal career channels of employees,give play to the incentive role of corporate culture,and improve the recognition of employees to their own enterprises.
