Research On Risk Prevention Strategy Of JZ Village Bank

Since the 19 th National Congress,the rural revitalization strategy has been upgraded to the national strategic level.As the main force for providing financial services for local farmers,agriculture and rural economic development,rural banks are also an important thrust for the promotion of rural revitalization strategy.In 2018,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee proposed to intensify the innovation of rural financial services,financial products and financial models,increase the development of rural microfinance,and develop rural financial circles suitable for rural areas.The improvement of the rural financial environment and the improvement of the rural financial system have positive significance for promoting the continuous improvement and improvement of the rural financial system and supporting the construction of a new socialist countryside.Under the background of the new rural construction and rural revitalization strategy,the development of rural banks has also become a force to promote the rural economy.This paper mainly uses the research methods of literature research method,field interview method and analytic hierarchy process.Starting from the analysis of the concept of village banks and risks,through the interpretation of the basic process of risk management proposed by the SASAC and the risk management process proposed by ISO31000,it lays a theoretical foundation for the risk identification and evaluation of JZ village banks and the prevention strategy.Taking JZ village bank as the research object,through the key interviews and field visits by experts from various departments and sub-branches of JZ village banks,the risk and influencing factors of JZ village banks were comprehensively analyzed and analyzed,and the risk of JZ village banks was collected through interviews.With a large amount of data for prevention,the risk evaluation indicators are selected,the weights of the indicators are determined according to the analytic hierarchy process,quantitative analysis is carried out,and the risk evaluation result of the village bank of JZ is finally obtained.At the same time,according to the risk analysis and evaluation indicators,the objectives,influencing factors and program decisions of the overall risk prevention are proposed.The innovation of this paper is to use the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the identified risks of JZ village banks,construct a risk evaluation index system,determine the weight of risk indicators by constructing judgment matrix and hierarchical total order,and then derive the risk prevention strategy of JZ village banks.
