Research On R&D Investment Intensity And Innovation Performance Of DT Company

Innovation is the core force leading the development of the world economy and Sci.& Tech(science and technology).As the necessary premise of innovation output,R&D input has a growing impact on the comprehensive competitiveness of various countries and regions.Compared with developed countries,the total amount of R&D investment in China is growing,but the investment intensity is still insufficient,and the R&D investment level of various enterprises is also uneven.In the era of comprehensive innovation,the environment with enhanced national innovation ability brings both opportunities and challenges to enterprises: opportunities come from various supporting policies and financial subsidies of the state,and challenges come from fierce competition in the same industry in the market.The manufacturing industry is in a critical period of industrial upgrading and adjustment.Research on the R&D investment intensity and innovation performance of specific enterprises can provide guidance for the enterprise's transformation and development,so that they can make more scientific and reasonable planning in production and operation,and finally bring better development to enterprises.Among all industries,communication equipment manufacturing industry witnessed the most significant increase in R&D intensity.DT company was founded earlier,which is a representative enterprise in communication equipment manufacturing industry.It has experienced the stage of starting,growing and flourishing,and is now in an important period of industrial transformation.This paper takes DT company as the research object,combines information asymmetry theory,"smile curve" theory and research and development management theory from the perspective of input and output,and uses the case study method of raising,analyzing and solving problems to diagnose the problems of DT company's R&D investment intensity and innovation performance.The research on the intensity of R&D investment is based on the capital investment,and the investment of R&D personnel is taken into account.The evaluation result is more comprehensive.The research on innovation performance includes not only economic benefit,but also technical benefit and social benefit.Through the comparison with the outstanding enterprises in the same industry,it is found that DT company has the problems of low overall R&D investment intensity and insignificant innovation performance.The reasons mainly include: the emphasis of R&D investment is not prominent,the redeployment of business after industrial transformation,and the lack of management of R&D risks.Meanwhile,based on the company's development plan and the industry situation during the corresponding period,a longitudinal extension analysis was carried out.The results showed that there was no obvious correlation between the R&D investment intensity and innovation performance of DT company,and its influence path was disturbed by various factors.After summarizing the causes of the problems and important influencing factors,the paper proposes measures to optimize economic subsidies,preferential policies and supervision for the government level.And proposes suggestions to optimize investment structure and improve the liquidity of R&D products for the enterprise level.
