The pursuit of a better life has always been the main theme of human existence.On February 27,2015,the tenth meeting of the Central Leading Group for Comprehensive Deepening Reform was held.General Secretary Xi proposed at this meeting that "let the people share the fruits of reform and development,there are more Sense of gain",since then the sense of gain gradually attracted the attention of scholars in the field of positive psychology.Work not only occupies an important proportion in human life,but also a way to achieve a sense of gain.Therefore,it is very valuable to focus on the sense of gain to the workplace and study employees' sense of job gain.Career calling,as a kind of work value orientation and motivation,reflects the individual's internal motivation and has an important impact on the individual's workplace attitude and behavior.Employees are the main force in the workplace.They not only value the objective benefits brought by work,but also value the sense of meaning brought by work and the realization of self-worth.Many studies have also proved that when individuals perceive the call of career,they will adopt a more active working state and higher work input,so they have a greater chance of achieving professional success and achieving both material and spiritual gains.This study focuses on the two variables of career calling and job gain,and explores the path through which career calling affects job gain.It can not only enrich the relevant research on job gain in theory,but also combine with actual practice to improve employee job gain.Propose relevant suggestions,improve the centripetal force and cohesion of employees,and promote the continuous progress of the company.In this study,a mature measurement scale was selected,with 357 employees as the sample,based on the questionnaire collection,SPSS 22.0 and AMO S22.0 were used as tools for data processing and analysis.The following research conclusions are drawn:(1)career calling as an independent variable,which directly affects job gain and its three dimensions;(2)career success is the intermediary between career calling and employee job gain and its three dimensions Variables play a part of the intermediary role;(3)Self-efficacy positively regulates the relationship between career calling and career success;(4)Self-efficacy positively regulates the effect of career success as an intermediary variable.Based on the research conclusions,this article effectively uses the mechanism of the career calingl to employees' sense of job gain,and puts forward management suggestions from the aspect of improving the employee's career calling.
