Research On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Willingness To Withdraw From Land Contract Rights In Chongqing

The rapid development of urbanization and agricultural modernization has provided a sustainable impetus for the high-quality development of China's economy as well as the problem such as hollow village and the waste of cultivated land.A large number of idle land makes the ineffective use of rural land,which is unfavorable to the development of agricultural modernization in China.To improve the optimal allocation of land resources,the Party encourage farmers to transfer land in various ways,which do not solve the fragmentation of land and abandoned state.The guidance of eligible farmers to withdraw from the land contract right voluntarily is not only the basic way to promote rural land circulation,but also an inevitable requirement for transferring rural labor force,increasing famers' income,promoting rural development and realizing the strategy of rural revitalization.Firstly,based on the perspective of famers,the study analysis the existing literature to understand the exist of land contract right,investigate 200 famers in Chongqing to probe the withdrawal willingness which affects the land contract right of farmers.Secondly,the paper makes a theoretical analysis on the withdrawal willingness of farmers' land contract right by using the theories of land property right,system change,farmers' behavior,land value and resource allocation and transaction cost.Thirdly,this paper analyze the influencing factors of farmers' withdrawal willingness of land contract right by using Logistic model.The results show that the withdrawal willingness of farmers' land contract right is positively related to the per capita cultivated land area,the management status of household land contract,and the private cognition of farmers' property right and negatively related to their age,whether they serve as village cadres or not,and the total area of family cultivated land.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations according to the results of questionnaire and model analysis,which provide a reference for the farmers' withdrawal of land contract rights in Chongqing,promote orderly the practice of land withdrawal.
