Job burnout,also known as "job burnout" and "job exhaustion",refers to the state of physical and mental fatigue and exhaustion caused by individuals under the pressure of work.Foreign research on job burnout began in the 1970 s,and after half a century of research,both theoretical and empirical studies have achieved a lot of results.Since the 1990 s,with the rapid development of the economy,the research on job burnout in China has deepened.At present,the research on job burnout in China is mainly focused on the service industry,and the research on job burnout in technical jobs is relatively few.Therefore,it is necessary to study this field.At the same time,the study of job burnout not only helps to promote personal career development,but also has more realistic significance for enterprises to reduce the cost of human resources and achieve high-quality development.The study first assumes that the eight factors of personal,organizational,and environmental engineering and technical personnel of Baotou real estate enterprises have varying degrees of correlation with job burnout,and then builds a research model;using the Chinese version of the Job Burnout Survey Scale and The questionnaire of factors affecting job burnout of engineering and technical personnel collected the corresponding data and analyzed with the help of statistical software.After analyzing the data,it was found that the professional and technical burnout of engineering and technical personnel in real estate enterprises in Baotou City was at a moderate level,and emotional exhaustion was relatively significant.Based on a variety of analyses,researchers believe that burnout is a comprehensive reflection of the three dimensions.Researchers believe that burnout is a comprehensive reflection of the three dimensions,and that comprehensive measures must be taken to reduce burnout,such as promoting employee rotation and helping employees develop Career planning,implementation of psychological assistance,and improvement of the assessment system,etc.,to further reduce the job burnout of engineering and technical personnel and improve work efficiency.Due to the limitation of study time,sample number and other factors,the data obtainedfrom the study are biased to some extent.With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the scale of engineering and technical personnel in the real estate industry will expand,and job burnout will inevitably appear,and it is particularly crucial to find the factors affecting job burnout.Therefore,in future research,more variables can be added to expand the sample number and scope,and then unknown factors affecting job burnout can be found,so as to further enrich the theoretical system of job burnout.
