The rapid development of the real estate industry in the 21 st century has led to the growth of the national economy,and in the face of the country's credit and restrictions on purchase,the "borrowing of the loan,the development of the development,the development of the sale" of the original use of the country,has brought about the shortcomings of the financial pressure and increased the financial risk.Therefore,real estate enterprises choose new business model,optimize the industrial structure and improve the efficiency of capital operation through the operation mode of light assets.The light asset operation model of real estate enterprises also requires enterprises to formulate financial strategies in financial management combined with the characteristics and development of enterprises.In the face of more and more housing enterprises to transform into light asset operations,the choice and implementation of financial strategy in the complex and volatile internal and external environment has become the focus of the company.This paper,based on the theory of horizontal and horizontal comparison analysis,combines the theory of GreenTown as the research object,USES financial data analysis and research on the financial strategy of the GreenTown in light asset operation mode,and through its changes in financial performance and non-financial performance,the analysis and evaluation of the implementation effect of China's financial strategy in green city.Firstly,through reference literature,this paper summarizes the concept and characteristics of light asset operation,and thinks that the operation mode of light asset effectively reduces the financial risk and operation risk of enterprises in development and expansion.At the same time,asset light operation mode is conducive to improving the ability of enterprises to cope with market changes,optimizing the capital structure of enterprises,improving the utilization rate of resources,and promoting the steady development of enterprises.Secondly,it introduces the concept of financial strategy and related theories.Secondly,the main contents and relevant theories of financial strategy are introduced.Next,this paper analyzes the reasons and main contents of the transformation of China's light asset operation model in the GreenTown,andintroduces and analyzes the financial strategy chosen in the light asset mode.After the transformation of the business model,this paper analyzes the implementation of the financial strategy of the GreenTown,and combines the performance analysis of the transformation of the Greentown,and concluded that the real estate industry is gradually transformed by the heavy capital production model into the light asset model to reduce the financial risk of the enterprise,improve the profit level of the enterprise,and increase the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The enterprise should also combine the practical development of the enterprise in the selection of financial strategy.Finally,according to the shortcomings of the financial strategy choice in the light asset operation mode of the GreenTown,the suggestions of improving the improvement are put forward.At the same time,it is believed that the financial strategy of the green city is of reference to other real estate enterprises.
