With the rapid development of the Internet,in just over a decade,the way people shop has changed a lot compared with the past.More and more people take online shopping as an important way to buy products.And with the success of Taobao,more and more e-commerce enterprises have sprung up in the market.However,if the enterprises simply imitate,can not form their own characteristics,the final result can only be immediately out of the market,or even in an instant were submerged in the ecommerce tide to failure.Therefore,finding a set of suitable business model is the key factor for the survival of e-commerce enterprises.In recent years,the dark horse of the e-commerce industry,Pinduoduo,has successfully established a foothold in the ecommerce industry with its unique "Social + E-commerce" business model,and has quickly become the industry leader.This mode of applying "social" to the e-commerce field can be said to have subverted the traditional e-commerce model to a certain extent."Pinduoduo" relies on this differentiated business model to obtain a competitive advantage.Taking "Pinduoduo" as an example to study the value creation process of "Social + E-commerce" business model,not only can provide a new business model for other e-commerce companies,but also can provide new ideas for enterprises in different fields that want to innovate on the existing business model.This paper takes the business model innovation of "Pinduoduo" as the research object,and studies the value creation of "Social + E-commerce" business model by means of literature research,case analysis and financial index analysis.The article analyzes the value creation of the "Social + E-commerce" business model through an understanding of the business model,socialized e-commerce,and the theory of enterprise value analysis,taking "Pinduoduo" as an example,this paper discusses its development course,business model and the process of value creation of business model from the perspective of finance,operation index and market investor,and summarizes the intrinsic mechanism of value creation of "Pinduoduo" and innovation of its business model.Finally,based on the experience of "Pinduoduo" business model innovation,combined with the industry background and its own characteristics,this paper puts forward suggestions on the improvement of "Social + E-commerce" business model of "Pinduoduo" from different aspects such as creating a differentiated business model,improving the user growth system and improving the product quality.The results show that the innovation of the business model of "Social + E-commerce" is an important driving force for the success of "Pinduoduo".This business model of "Social + E-commerce" has a positive effect on the enterprises in the e-commerce industry to create value and increase the market proportion,and also has guiding significance for enterprises in other fields to achieve strategic transformation and industrial upgrading.
