Optimization Research Of China's Commercial Circulation From The Perspective Of Efficiency

As the fundamental force to promote the development of consumer market,commerce and trade circulation industry plays a role of bridge between production and consumer market,which is the carrier of market circulation force.With the continuous progress of science and technology,especially the development of network information technology,as well as the changes of consumer behavior and consumption habits,the trade circulation industry has been greatly impacted.In order to adapt to the development of new technology and new consumption mode and give full play to its role in guiding consumption and promoting production development,the trade and circulation field should continue to develop and innovate and further promote the modernization of circulation industry.At present,China is constantly pushing forward the supply side structural reform,which is to solve the current problems of oversupply and high debt in the manufacturing industry,which requires the further development of the commercial circulation industry.As a basic industry,trade circulation industry not only plays an important role in optimizing China's economic structure,but also plays an irreplaceable role in meeting the consumer demand of residents.How to optimize the circulation structure,promote the transformation of circulation efficiency,better meet the needs of production and consumption,and promote the development of the real economy is not only a theoretical problem that needs to be explored in depth,but also a practical problem that needs to be solved.However,at present,the development status and level of commercial circulation industry in various regions in China are different,and there is no unified evaluation system and standard for circulation efficiency,and the mechanism to promote the transformation of circulation efficiency is not perfect,which needs further research and consideration.Based on the theory of unbalanced growth,transaction cost,long tail and endogenous growth,this paper first expounds the linkage between trade circulation industry and consumption level.This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the development of China's commercial circulation industry.Secondly,by studying the current situation of the development of China's commercial circulation industry,the paper further analyzes the factors that affect the development of commercial circulation industry,such as the lack of innovation ability,the imbalance of development between regions,and the great difference between urban and rural areas.Thirdly,using factor analysis model to calculate the index and empirical analysis of China's circulation industry,calculate the overall and provincial commercial circulation efficiency.Finally,based on the above analysis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the development of Commerce and circulation industry,such as strengthening the awareness of linkage among enterprises in commerce and circulation industry,improving the linkage and cooperation mechanism between commerce and circulation industry,establishing the supply chain development mode of Commerce and circulation industry,building the technology exchange platform between commerce and circulation industry,and increasing the level of government linkage.
