In November 2019,Chinaunicom of Zhengzhou has fully started the number portability service.Meanwhile,the launch of 5G commercial use also indicates that China has officially entered the era of 5G.Different from 3G,4G era,5G era of digital,intelligent and networking features,people for business calls for a high degree of number portability.Because of the impact of competition in the market share,Chinaunicom of Zhengzhou is faced with enormous challenges in the business of number portability.In the era of 5G,when users pay more attention to 5G network and new equity products,it is a problem to be studied in this paper whether 5G network and product factors affect users' willingness to switch to the network.According to the influencing factors of the willingness to switch to the network,feasibility Suggestions to reduce users' willingness to switch to the network are given.This paper takes Chinaunicom of Zhengzhou customers' willingness to switch to the network as the research object,constructs the technology acceptance model,adopts the electronic questionnaire and conducts the analysis of influencing factors through SPSS software,namely the transformation cost,habit characteristics,5G network and products.Through the model of reliability,validity,correlation,regression analysis and path analysis,find out the key influence factors,puts forward relevant optimization adjustment measures and the suggestion,for the operation development of Chinaunicom of Zhengzhou under number portability policy to provide decision-making basis.Through the research,it is concluded that the switching cost can no longer be used as an obstacle to reduce the willingness of users to switch to the network,and there is no correlation between the habit characteristics and the willingness to switch to the network.However,5G network can effectively reduce the willingness of users to switch to the network,and product factors can improve the willingness of users to switch to the network.Therefore,in the era of5 G,5G network and product factors are the key factors affecting users to switch to the network.According to the key influence factors,reduce the marketing strategy of Chinaunicom of Zhengzhou users from switching intention,accelerate the industrialization application of the 5 g,completes the innovation type rights and interests of the optimization of the product,will speed up to reduce sat doing exactly,entity channel power 5 g transition and product,the value of the stock of a solid user operations,security business steadily and orderly implementation of number portability.
