| The number portability of mobile subscribers between networks, also named number portability, is an important measure to promote the competition of the telecommunication market and enhance the level of telecommunication service. It realizes the purpose of telecom industry in China of people-oriented, customer first, serving the people’s livelihood, and serving the community. Tianjin and Hainan’s number portability has promoted the telecom enterprises to continue to improve service and expand the user’s choice which is widely welcome by users and society.This thesis first introduces the principle of the realization of the number portability business and analyzes the scheme of the realization of the number portability technology, including its framework, business technical requirements, network transformation technical requirements, the construction plan of significant number portability business in new network elements, the development scheme of network elements transformation and the collocative plan of the peripheral system. Finally this thesis introduces the technical performance index requirements of NP-HLR that is the key network elements. |
