Since the establishment of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Securities Company,the first securities company in September 1987,securities business has been going through thorns,China's capital market is constantly changing,and each transformation has provided new vitality for China's financing market,and the essence of each magnificent turn has not changed.The core new business brokerage business of securities companies plays an important role Light status,and constantly provide better liquidity for the capital market.At present,under the new economic situation of interest rate liberalization and capital market opening to the outside world,most securities companies are transforming from the traditional brokerage business mode to wealth management,and China's capital market will be more perfect.How to keep and continuously improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise in this new situation? In this paper,the continuous improvement of brokerage business is particularly important,and the reasonable improvement of the performance appraisal of brokerage business personnel will make the enterprise stand out in this another historical change.Based on the author's practical work,this paper belongs to the applied research.The first chapter is the introduction,which starts from the research background,research purpose,research significance,ideas,research status and some research methods at home and abroad;My research purpose is to conduct in-depth research and Analysis on the performance appraisal and implementation of the brokerage business personnel of ZX securities company,find out problems and put forward optimization measures,so as to fully stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,create conditions for the company to win greater economic benefits,improve its work efficiency,and promote the company to continuously obtain advantages in the new situation Constantly reduce the loss of brokerage business personnel,so that the company's business can be more comprehensive and rapid development the current domestic and foreign research on the performance appraisal of brokerage business,especially the performance appraisal of securities companies,this paper provides ideas for the following problems in the appraisal of ZX securities company's brokerage business personnel,and introduces the research ideas and methods involved in detail.The second chapter first describes the relevant concepts of performance appraisal,and part of the theory involved in the analysis and carding,and finally the specific sub issues for in-depth analysis..The third chapter analyzes the current situation of ZX securities company's performance appraisal of brokerage business personnel,including company profile,organizational structure and related concepts of brokerage business,and then introduces ZX securities company's performance appraisal scheme of brokerage business personnel in detail,which makes a clear understanding for the following detailed analysis of its existing problems;The third section is to analyze the problems and causes of the performance appraisal of the brokerage business personnel of ZX securities company,mainly involving the problems such as the imperfect coverage of the performance appraisal,the unreasonable standards of the performance appraisal,the imperfect feedback mechanism of the performance appraisal and the large span of the results of the performance appraisal,and to elaborate and analyze the causes of these problems.The fourth chapter puts forward optimization suggestions for the problems of ZX securities company in the performance appraisal of brokerage business personnel.The improvement of the suggestions is expected to achieve three objectives: to promote the realization of ZX securities company's strategic objectives,to improve the efficiency and quality of the company's operation,and to improve and strengthen the company's communication mechanism;The fifth chapter gives the guarantee measures of ZX securities company to optimize the scheme of brokerage business personnel,which makes it more convenient and fast to implement,involving cultural guarantee,institutional guarantee and organizational guarantee.The sixth chapter is to explore the conclusion and prospect.This paper holds that the overall framework of performance appraisal implemented by ZX securities company is feasible to some extent,but in the process of specific implementation,it is necessary to improve the coverage more reasonably,increase the growth indicators of employees,reduce the multiple appraisal,develop the appraisal indicators differently,establish a perfect and substantial feedback mechanism,etc.on the current basis.In order to make the performance appraisal of the brokerage staff of ZX securities company more feasible,the measures mentioned above are indispensable.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of ZX securities company from the perspective of brokers,and finds out some practical solutions to these specific problems.However,in terms of the specific development of the securities industry in recent years,some of the above-mentioned assessment of brokerage business personnel does not exist only in a single securities or a securities company,but also in domestic and even foreign securities companies,Therefore,the representative securities companies in the industry are selected for research,which provides a reference for other securities companies to optimize their performance appraisal.
