With the rapid development of Chinese economy,diversified business group has increased accordingly.Due to the different characteristics of diverse businesses line,the demand for funds is also varied.Some subordinate sectors are cash-rich enterprises,such as Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry,with abundant cash flows while some companies have strong need for funds,such as construction enterprises.Therefore,the need for funds centralized management becomes more and more prominent.Funds centralized management is conducive to the internal adjustment of different business line of the group,and it helps to reduce the group's financing cost as a whole and to prevent risks.There are many ways of fund centralized management within an enterprise group.Choose a suitable mode of fund centralized management will help to improve the efficiency of funds and thus help the enterprise group to realize sustainable development.This paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey and case study to investigate the fund centralized management mode of M Group,and analyze its advantages and problems.Through the investigation and analysis above,the author makes clear the reason of the problems of the group's fund centralized management,and puts forward the measures and methods for improvement.This paper is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of the article.The second chapter is the related theoretical basis.It introduces and analyzes the relevant theoretical content and various fund centralized management modes of the enterprises.The third chapter introduces M Group's capital settlement center and its fund centralized management mode.The fourth chapter uses questionnaire survey to investigate the subordinate sectors and subsidiaries of M Group's capital settlement center,quantify the operation results of the capital settlement center,analyze the center's problems,and find the causes of the problems.The fifth chapter,based on the problems in the operation of M Group's capital settlement center,puts forward the corresponding optimization and solutions to improve the efficiency of capital operation and reduce the risk of capital management.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.The author's research indicates that the main problems of M Group's fund centralized management are as follows: first,the degree of fund concertation is low;second,the fund centralized management is insufficient and greatly affected by the group headquarters;third,the traditional fund business accounts for a large proportion;fourth,the financing channels need to be expanded.The main reasons are as follows: first,the administrative power of the fund settlement center is not strong enough;second,the control of the bank account opening of the subsidiaries is not strong enough;third,the subsidiaries do not support the fund concentration work enough;fourth,the fund management policies of subsidiaries are different and are inconsistent with the headquarter;fifth,deposit and loan are abundant at the same time.Based on the above reasons,the paper suggests to strengthen the fund centralized management of M Group from two aspects: improving the fund collection rate and strengthening the fund management,mainly including the following measures: first,correctly defines the authority and function of the fund settlement center;second,strengthening the administrative management;third,optimizing the corporate governance structure of the group's subsidiaries at all levels;fourth,improving financial basis work;fifth,improving the fund management assessment system;sixth,is to give full play to the advantages of the group's unified financing;seventh,improving the operation efficiency of the fund settlement center;and the last is strengthening the information construction of the fund centralized management platform.Improve the fund centralized management through the above measures,so as to reduce the group's capital cost,strengthen capital management,provide strong financial support,and finally achieve the sustainable and sound development of the M Group.
