With the rapid development of computer technology and the gradual improvement of data storage capacity,big data is more and more widely used in our lives.As carriers of cutting-edge technologies,operators have been playing an important role in the field of information technology.As a very important technology in information technology,big data has been paid more and more attention by operators in recent years.With the continuous reform of policies such as speeding up and reducing fees,the competition among operators has become increasingly fierce.How to improve the efficiency of user demand mining,improve user experience perception,obtain user feedback,and use big data technology to mine the "blank" market and "inside and outside" has become an important topic of information technology development of Jiangxi mobile company.This paper USES questionnaire investigation,literature research and interview method,with the status quo of the application data of mobile company in Jiangxi as the research object,through the questionnaire and on-the-spot interviews,relevant personnel to understand the existing problems and distinguish the current situation,and then puts forward the constructive optimization Suggestions and solutions,aims to provide reference for the development of information technology for the company,in order to improve the industry competitiveness of Jiangxi mobile.This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction: mainly expounds the background and significance of this topic,the research ideas,methods and framework,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research results.Chapter 2 related to the theoretical basis: it mainly introduces the characteristics,analysis methods and applications of mobile big data,and provides a theoretical foundation for the research of this article.The third chapter is the status quo of big data mining and application in Jiangxi mobile company: it mainly states the basic situation of Jiangxi mobile company,and explains the operation status of big data mining and application in Jiangxi mobile company in detail.Chapter 4 problems and causes of big data application in Jiangxi mobile: the problems and shortcomings in big data mining application in Jiangxi mobile are analyzed and the reasons are summarized.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures to improve big data application optimization of Jiangxi mobile company.Chapter six conclusion: summarize the research results and summarize the optimization Suggestions.Research shows that: the data of mobile company in Jiangxi ability compared to the current Internet companies with the industry,both development time and technical ability have gap,mainly reflected in the cross-domain process automation,intelligent platform progress,multi-domain integration depth and output ability,etc.,in jiangxi mobile companies have not form a whole big data mining system efficiency and stability of the closed-loop.The reasons mainly include the late start of big data construction,small data scale,weak data application ability,shortage of data engineers and low professional degree of personnel.In order to further enhance the competitiveness of big data application of Jiangxi mobile company,it is necessary to take optimization measures :(1)strengthen the awareness of big data strategic development;(2)enhance the value of capacity output;(3)focus on key topics to facilitate the management of production double upgrade;(4)improve the organizational structure of big data application;(5)strengthen talent training and scientific allocation of big data application.We should strengthen the transmission of data knowledge,ensure that talents are matched with positions and professional people do professional things.Give full play to the expertise of each technical personnel to achieve the common progress of individuals and companies.
