Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China's urbanization process has accelerated,and the urban population has grown rapidly.The traffic situation of large and medium-sized cities has become increasingly severe.In order to alleviate traffic congestion,China has included the development of urban rail transit in the planning and development program to promote the sustainable development of the national economy.Nanchang rail transit group is the only main body of investment,construction and operation management of Nanchang metro project.By the first quarter of 2019,Nanchang rail transit line 1 phase I and line 2 phase I have been put into operation.The main rail transit projects under construction include Nanchang rail transit line 2 south extension,line 3 and line 4 phase I,with a total investment of 92.685 billion yuan and an investment of 44.389 billion yuan,48.296 billion yuan in follow-up investment gap.The construction plan includes line 1 east extension project and line 2 east extension project,with a total planned investment of 6.460 billion yuan.In the face of the large-scale and rapid development of Nanchang rail transit,it is difficult to meet the actual construction needs only through the financial investment of Nanchang municipal government and traditional bank loans,but also through market-oriented financing to fill the construction fund gap.At the same time,the interest expense of financing has been greatly increased,Nanchang rail transit group and the government are facing greater pressure to repay capital and interest.In this paper,the financing management of Nanchang rail transit group is taken as the main research object,and its actual financing situation and problems are comprehensively analyzed.Through quantitative analysis of the debt situation of Shenzhen and Tianjin metro companies,at the same time,using the new financing methods for reference,the specific financing cost management optimization measures are proposed for Nanchang rail transit group.
