Urban rail transit has a large amount of advantages,such as large capacity,high speed,time,low energy consumption,less pollution,high safety and promote urban development,etc,it also favored by around big cities.In recent years,our country raised a hot wave of urban rail transit construction,but urban rail transit as a huge system engineeringwhich needs huge investment,long construction period and the payback period,and it is difficult to profit,so it needs long-term government constructions as the main investorwith a heavy financial burden.With the expanding of construction scale,the urban rail transit financing difficult problem has been became a bottleneck restricting the development of the construction.Therefore,to strengthen the research of urban rail transit financing and guarantee the rapid development of urban rail transit have great theoretical and practical significance.First of all,This paper combs the domestic and foreign research achievements of urban rail transit financing,it also introduces the basic concept and characteristics of urban rail transit,summarizes the economic characteristics and financing characteristics of urban rail transit,draw lessons from the practice and experiences of urban rail transit financing at home and abroad,it expounds the theoretical basis of researchand form the preliminary research diea.Secondly,the analysis of the current situation of nanning urban rail transit financing,find the problems and reasons,exploring the most suitable for nanning urban rail transit development way of financing way-"track + property",which is dominated by the government’s debt,and timely adopt diversified financing ways.This paper analyzes the"track + property" mode,and puts forward the innovative ideas of comprehensive development of the property after obtaining the land by means of the right to use construction land.Finally,the research results and existing problems are analyzed,and the problems that need further study are discussed.
