In China's socialist market economy state-owned enterprises are an important part.In China's overall five-pronged integrated development plan and the four-pronged comprehensive strategy,state-owned enterprises have played a decisive role in China's economic development and played a positive role in promoting China's modernization.State-owned enterprises are also a solid foundation for ensuring and improving the well-being of the people and an important force for promoting the overall development of China's social economy.In China's overall five-pronged integrated development plan and the four-pronged comprehensive strategy,state-owned enterprises have played a decisive role in China's economic development and played a positive role in promoting China's modernization.State-owned enterprises are also a solid foundation to guarantee and improve the well-being of the people.It is to promote the obvious discovery of the economic function of state-owned enterprises in China.State-owned enterprise is a commodity production and operation organization with economic and legal significance,and it has the characteristics of legal rights and economic attributes.Deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises is the key to promoting the stable and sustainable development of China's market economy.Through fair competition in the market,the survival of the fittest will play a role in strengthening the strength of the national economy and promoting the development of state-owned enterprises.Secondly,state-owned enterprises are the main force of China's economic development,which is not only the requirement of the state's macro-control under the market economy,but also the requirement of further strengthening the level of socialist development,improving the regional economic level,promoting social progress and safeguarding national security.Third,we should correctly recognize the problems in the efficiency of state-owned enterprises.From the theoretical and practical analysis have not fully proved that the economic benefits of state-owned enterprises are lower than that of private enterprises,for any enterprise,growth and development will be affected by many factors.To strengthen the economic development of state-owned enterprises,we should improve their market competitiveness on the basis of socialist public ownership.In addition,state-owned enterprises should also pay attention to the change in the management,improve the governance structure,pay attention to the technical level of scientific research and innovation.An important force for the all-round development of society and economy.This paper firstly studies and analyzes the development strategy of the enterprise,starting from the development status of TL group's main business and the development status of its real estate business.Real estate business facing the internal and external environment analysis,SWOT matrix analysis,PEST analysis method,to determine the TL group real estate business during the period of "difference" overall goals and strategic choices:one is ought to be around with rail and air are two main advantages of TL group created by the platform,make different strategic collaborative business development direction,namely railway comprehensive land development TOD mode and navigation model;Second,we should continue to deeply cultivate the main business of high-quality real estate residential,do excellent quality,build brand,take high profit margin,short investment return cycle,controllable risk as the direction of short-term cash flow business development;Third,we should change the scattered financial investment mode and land acquisition mode with low performance in the past,and identify the real estate business's own advantages and disadvantages.In the future,in terms of business region selection,we will consider the areas with higher rigid demand of the first echelon in the province to expand our business and put forward more high-end requirements in terms of customer positioning and product positioning.Finally,the paper proposes the strategic implementation guarantee path around the strategic direction and target of TL group's real estate business,which mainly includes the sustainable land acquisition mode under the main business of TL group,the expansion of domestic and foreign financing channels by utilizing the group's international and domestic credit rating,real estate product information,human resource management,and enterprise brand building.This study provides an important reference for the maintenance and appreciation of state-owned assets and the healthy and sustainable development of state-owned enterprises.
