Research On The Impact Of High-tech Enterprise Human Capital On Innovation Investment

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,human capital has become the first factor for enterprises to master knowledge,and it will also promote the formation of core competitiveness of enterprises.Innovation is the key to increasing the competitiveness of enterprises.In order to stand out from the competition,enterprises are increasing their investment in innovation.This situation is very obvious in high-tech enterprises.In recent years,the party and the state have attached importance to the innovation and development of enterprises,and successively introduced relief policies that are conducive to high-tech enterprises,and promoted the development of high-tech enterprises.In this context,how does the human capital element of an enterprise affect innovation investment activities,and how to increase the enterprise's innovation ability by increasing the investment of human capital,it is a problem that needs to be paid attention to in strategic financial management at this stage.Therefore,it becomes more realistic to study the impact of human capital on innovation investment in high-tech enterprises.The human capital is divided into human capital of the board of directors,human capital of the management layer,and human capital of the technical staff,and the impact of different human capital on innovation investment in high-tech enterprises is studied.Through descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,and linear regression analysis,the following conclusions are obtained: first,the level of education of the board of directors and the innovation investment of high-tech enterprises are significantly positively related;second,the management rights also promote the innovation investment of high-tech enterprises;Third,the R & D investment of technical personnel is significantly positively related to the innovation investment of high-tech enterprises.The above conclusions are conducive to increasing the innovation investment of high-tech enterprises,and promoting the future development of high-tech enterprises has theoretical and practical significance.
